I believe health and wellness goes beyond doctors visits and pills, we are a whole body, but many of us only treat what ails us interiorly. With massage and craniosacral I get to connect those parts, and deal with a whole aspect of wellness. I love witnessing and being included in the immediate outcome. Whether it's pain relief or a session of relaxation and self care, the client experiences instant results. Massage is part of a comprehensive wellness regimen, and manages the effects of stress relief for our emotional, mental and physical health, which is just as important as managing pain relief.
Stress is linked to blood pressure, depression, heart disease, gastrointestinal and, cognitive issues, etc. The list goes on with a wealth of supporting evidence that stress reduction leads to a longer, healthier and happier life.
Journey to wholeness, experience serenity.
